According to an online poll conducted by Reuters/Ipsos, 62% of American adults who own an Apple Watch plan to send a Watch as a gift during the holiday season.
The poll was conducted between October 21 to December 4 and surveyed 15,595 American adult consumers.
It is reported Apple has sold 16 million Apple Watches so far, exceeding Wall Street expectations of 10 million to 12 million Apple Watches. The poll results show 7% of American adults would also like to send an Apple Watch as a gift.
