Xiaobaicare are an elderly home care service provider based in Ningbo. They use an O2O sales structure to provide elderly people with onsite home care services. Rather than acting as an agent between customers and service organizations, Xiaobaicare spend generously to train their own care workers to make them qualified to work in the industry.
Started in 2015, Xiaobaicare now have a team of about 1000 workers. Xiaobaicare have offered services in Shanghai since 2016; the number of orders have now accumulated to more than 18,000. In the future, Xiaobaicare will attract more funds to expand their team and offer services in new cities. Aside from this, Xiaobaicare are also considering opening a brick-and-mortar business for the training of care workers.
