Co-working space operator Distrii receives USD 20M for Series A

Co-working space operator, Distrii, received USD 30 million for Series A on September 26 to expand its businesses overseas.

Distrii is a co-working space operator that provides micro and small enterprises with working space support. Besides co-working spaces, it also offers independent offices for bosses and managers, integrating various intelligent hardware, like remote video meeting and intelligent collaboration.


Founded in 2015 in Shanghai, there are more than 400 enterprises registered on Distrii’s co-working space. Meanwhile, its services cover two countries and four cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Singapore. It stepped into the co-working market in Singapore in May, and set up a flagship franchise in Singapore. The rental price for Distrii’s co-working space in Shanghai varies from 1,000RMB to 4,000RMB for one cubicle every month. Until now, Distrii has opened 10,000 working cubicles on the market, and that number will reach 80,000 by 2019.

This new financing round was led by the property company Jingrui Holdings‘ investment platform, Junzi Capital, with Singapore property company, City Developments Limited participating as investors. The capital will be used to accelerate the expansion of its co-working businesses overseas and to start tapping into the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia regions, and Europe and North America.

Mobile health management platform Miaojiankang receives USD 18M for Series B+

Miaojiankang is a mobile health management platform that provides users with health data collection, health behavior intervention and other health services based on big data. The platform collect health data from severial intelligent hardware, including smart bracelet, body fat calculator, glucose meter and so on. And so that it can provide health services and offer suggestions, such as sports suggestions, diet advice and doctors and hospitals recommendation. Meanwhile, it is integrating with insurance, medical examinations and medical services, and some other relevant industries.

Founded in 2014 in Beijing, it has reached a collaboration with many insurance services providers and intelligent hardware companies, including Sunshine Insurance Group and Aigo.

Miaojiankang received financing fundings from CITIC Capital and ABC International. This new financing round was led by Jzjt, a Chinese medical company. It plans to use the fund to boost the development of new products, as well as run market expansion plans.
