Tech Financing in India this week – Car sharing is fad

Our weekly column summarizes the tech financing highlights in India this week.

P2P car and motorbike sharing platform Drivezy raised the largest amount of investment with USD 10 million. Other two O2O startups also secured investment. Online restaurant booking platform EazyDiner secured USD 4.5 million for a Series B round while home interior design platform MyGubbi raised USD 2.7 million for a pre-Series A round. Other areas like geospatial SaaS startup Transerve, solar tech startup Oorjan, and AI-driven Fraud prevention startup ThirdWatch also landed substantial funding this week.
