Co-working space startup MyDreamPlus receives USD 15M for Series B

Co-working space startup, MyDreamPlus, received USD 15 million for Series B on November 30 to add technical elements to its offices for a better customer experience.

MyDreamPlus is a co-working space startup that offers technological working experience in co-working spaces, integrating space design, smart office management, and community operation. It designs high-quality furniture, smart management systems, and more. The company developed a management system that enables customers to solve office-related problems using their smartphones, including opening a door, booking a meeting room, or sending the WIFI password to guests.

Founded in May 2015, MyDreamPlus’s services have grown to more than 20 co-working space locations, mainly located in Beijing, Chengdu, and other big cities. There are over 300 enterprises that have joined MyDreamPlus’s co-working space, 90% of which are mature companies, like COFCO, Chinese TAL Education Group, Airbnb, VIPKID, and so on. The company expects to open 16 co-working spaces by the end of 2016.

This new financing round was led by Ocean Link, with Joy Capital participating as investors. The capital will be used to strengthen its “OaaS (Office as a Service)” business, as well as introduce technical elements for an enhanced customer experience.

Recruitment platform Lieluobo receives USD 15M for angel round

Financing status: RMB 100 million (USD 15 million) for angel financing round in 2017

Recruitment platform, Lieluobo, received USD 15 million for an angel financing round on November 30 to further invest in the R&D of AI technology.

Lieluobo is a recruitment platform that integrates AI technology, recruitment, and headhunting consulting services, to provide its enterprise customers with a better customer experience based on its new recruitment ecosystem. For enterprises, Lieluobo analyzes enterprises’ job requirements and matches HR and headhunting consultants based on the analysis result. Then the headhunting consultants recommend suitable candidates’ resumes to HR, which saves HR time.

Founded in 2017 in Shanghai, Lieluobo has uploaded tens of thousands of job descriptions, with over one thousand headhunting consultants registered on its platform. The company’s founding team mainly specializes in AI, HR, and Internet.

This angel financing round was from an undisclosed group of investors. The capital will be used to further invest in the research and development of AI technology to facilitate its services, recruit more talent, as well as improve operational efficiency.
