SaaS platform Nopaperforms raises USD 872K

Delhi-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform Nopaperforms has raised USD 872,000 in an undisclosed financing round from Indian leading online-classifieds platform Info Edge India Ltd. Reportedly, Info Edge now owns 27.92% of stakes in Nopaperforms.
NoPaperForms, incorporated in February 2017, was originally owned by Indian educational products and services provider Careers360. In June, Careers360 sold NoPaperForms to its chief strategy officer Naveen Goyal in a cash and equity deal valued around USD 3 million.
Naveen Goyal, Founder & CEO of Nopaperforms, previously worked as a head of mobility at smart education platform Vriti. Prior to that, he co-founded student-focused platform EntranceCorner.
NoPaperForms is a SaaS enrollment management platform. It helps institutions automate their enrollment process and accept admission applications online. Schools and colleges can create and edit their application forms in real-time, publish online, and instantly start receiving e-applications. NoPaperForms also provides solutions for lead management, marketing automation, campaign management, analytics, etc. The startup claims to have over 150 institutions partnered as well as 7.5 million leads collected. Additionally, the startup claims to have received 1 million applications on its platform with 150,000 queries handled.
With the investment, Info Edge will reportedly diversify into a new line of business within the Internet services industry.
